Where does Mboka Market deliver?

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Delivery availability may depend on the product size, stock location, and courier coverage for the exact address.

How long does delivery take in the UAE?

For in-stock items, Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman deliveries usually take 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation. Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain usually take 2 to 4 business days. Large items, special-order products, supplier-direct items, or orders placed during UAE public holidays may take longer.

Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM UAE time on a business day are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Fridays, Sundays, or UAE public holidays may be processed on the next business day. Payment verification and stock confirmation must be completed before dispatch.

Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. Fees may vary by emirate, shipment size, product weight, and delivery service. Any special handling, installation, or same-day delivery charge will be listed separately when available.

Same-day or scheduled delivery may be available for selected in-stock products and selected UAE locations. Availability is confirmed by our team after the order is placed or through customer support before purchase.

Please provide a complete UAE delivery address, emirate, area, building or villa name, apartment or office number, nearest landmark where helpful, and an active UAE phone number. Incorrect or incomplete details may delay delivery or require a second delivery attempt.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

Our courier or support team may contact you to arrange another delivery attempt. Additional charges may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts, address changes after dispatch, or returns caused by unreachable contact details.

Yes. Please inspect the outer packaging and product condition before signing the Proof of Delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, report it to the courier and contact Mboka Market immediately. Claims made after signed delivery may be handled under our Return & Exchange Policy.

Yes, but large monitors, networking racks, servers, printers, and other bulky equipment may require special handling or scheduled delivery. Delivery to upper floors, restricted-access locations, or commercial sites may require customer coordination in advance.
